Humanities Action Lab Press

In April 2016, the Humanities Action Lab hosted the National Launch & Conference, which brought together the national community of over 500 people in 20 cities who together created a traveling exhibition on the past, present, and future of mass incarceration.

In addition to the States of Incarceration press, the Humanities Action Lab has received press related to HAL affiliated courses, the development of the national community, sponsored events, and funding from high-profile foundations in the New York Daily News, City & StateHuffington Post, The New School, UMass Amherst News, and IUPUI Newsroom.
